Sitting in Mead Library, downtown Sheboygan WI, on the first day that feels a bit like spring. Got cold the day after Halloween, and was a nasty November. December and first three weeks of January were wimpy winter, then we got socked repeatedly with snow and frigid temps through February and into the first week of March. Slow warming is on the way, probably good to minimize river flooding.
