Do you check the menu online before going to a restaurant?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering — how many of you actually check a restaurant's menu online before you go there?

I've started doing it recently, mostly because I hate standing in line and feeling rushed to decide what to order. If I look at the menu beforehand, I know exactly what I want and what the prices are like. It makes the whole experience much more relaxing.

I was looking at a fast-food menu the other day to plan a quick lunch, just to see the options:

Do you prefer to check the menu in advance, or do you like to just show up and be surprised?
